Data Deletion Instructions

Introduction

If you have used your social media account (e.g., Facebook Login) to connect with our Service and you wish to remove your data and withdraw the permissions granted to us, you can do so through one of the two methods described below.

By following these instructions, you will delete the connection between your social media account and our Service, and we will delete all data associated with your social media identifier that we have stored.

Method 1: Deleting Data Directly Through the Service (Recommended)

This is the fastest and most direct way to delete all your Personal Data, including any data collected via Social Login.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your account on https://nghelamchu.com/ at https://nghelamchu.com/student-registration/
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile section of your account.
  3. Look for the “Account Management,” “Privacy,” or “Delete Account” tab.
  4. Click on the option labeled “Delete My Account and Data” or similar.
  5. You may be asked to confirm your action by entering your password or by receiving a confirmation email. Confirm the deletion.
  6. Once confirmed, all data associated with your account, including information collected from Social Login, will be permanently deleted from our servers within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 7 business days].

Method 2: Removing Permissions through the Social Media Platform

If you are unable to access our Service or prefer to remove permissions directly from the social media platform (e.g., Facebook), you can do so by following the steps on that platform.

For Facebook Users:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy $\rightarrow$ Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites (or Security and Login $\rightarrow$ Apps and Websites depending on the interface).
  3. Find https://nghelamchu.com/ in the list of active apps.
  4. Click “Remove” next to https://nghelamchu.com/
  5. Check the box to delete all posts, videos or events https://nghelamchu.com/ published on your Timeline (if applicable).
  6. Click “Remove” to confirm.

What Happens Next?

  • When you remove our app through the social media platform, we receive a notification.
  • Upon receiving this notification, we will initiate the deletion of all data associated with your social media ID from our system.
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
